OWNER’S MEETINGS – Missed the last one? Log in to your secure Owner’s  Portal to read the minutes and find out what’s happening. Remember, meetings may not be held without a quorum of at least 20% and no minutes are taken. Check the Meeting Schedule and the Owner’s Meeting Agenda, and join us on the 3rd Tuesday, every 3 months for Owner’s meetings via Zoom!

Rental Units –
  • The proposal to restrict the number of rental units (known as “Permitted Rental Units”) in the community has passed and became effective on 3/19/2018. Although the Notice contains a summary of the changes, be sure to read the entire Amendment and view the Lease Addendum, which will be required for all rental units. 

  • If you are a current rental unit owner please submit your signed paperwork to the Mgmt office within 15 days of any change in tenancy to avoid a violation fee of $1,500.

  • Units must also only be sold to owner-occupant and no additional rentals are permitted until the total number falls to no more than 35 units (5 in each building, 5 townhouses).
Community Reminders:
  • The community speed limit is 10 MPH. Please observe the speed limit as well as all parking rules to ensure that we keep everyone safe
.
  • Trash should be placed inside the dumpsters and both doors remain closed to keep animals out and trash in. Please do not leave any items outside the dumpster. To schedule a bulk pickup, please contact the Office.

  • Recycling items should be broken down and placed in the bins using the slot on the lids. Please do not leave boxes and items on or near the dumpster.

  • Pest Control is a concern in our condo buildings. Please contact your pest control provider to schedule monthly treatments in your unit at each owner’s expense.
Statements – Council has approved Online Owner Statements & Online Payments!

Payments – Want to make automated monthly payments using your bank account? Contact us! We have several options to put your payments on autopilot and keep you current without buying envelopes, writing out checks, and licking stamps!

Parking – Our (2013) parking policy has been augmented by the recent towing contract to police our community for damaged/non-working vehicles, commercial vehicles, vehicles with missing or expired tags, and those parked in another owner’s spot. Please read the notice and make sure you are in compliance!
