Goals – To maintain, preserve, and enhance the quality of life in the Linden Green Condominium Association by:
- Reducing the delinquent accounts – Long Term
- Increasing property values – Long Term
- Increasing overall eye appeal of the community – Long & Short Term
- Reviewing all vendor contracts for prices – Short Term
- Improving overall communications – Short Term
