Our community features a 90,000-gallon swimming pool for the use of our Owners, Residents, and Guests. Our pool & pool deck can accommodate up to 180 people! Passes may be obtained by completing the Online Request and making an online payment in our Resident Center OR by returning the Pool Pass Request Form (Tip: be sure to save a copy before adding any info!) to our office with your payment. Passes may be picked up at the lifeguard station on Saturday mornings after you have been notified. Also, please be sure to read our Pool Rules before going for a dip!

Season Passes:

- $35 each… A “Season Pool Pass” is available to all Owners, and Residents provided that all dues and other charges are paid and the account is current. Entry will be restricted to one pass per person. (Kids 3 and under swim free – no pass required). Owners/Residents may purchase as many passes as needed for the season. Order your passes.

- $50 each… A “Season Guest Pass” is available for those who do not live on the property but will arrive to swim with an Owner or Resident of Linden Green. Order your passes.

- $10 each… A wristband-style “Day Guest Pass” is available this year for one-time guests and visitors. Remember, all guests must be accompanied by an Owner/Resident at all times. Passes may be bought in advance or “on the spot” using our online form for unexpected friends and guests. In addition, any unused wristbands purchased before may still be used this year, but are still only valid for one day’s swim. Order your passes.

REMEMBER TO RETURN YOUR PASSES AT THE END OF THE SEASON!
A $5 fee will apply to each pass not returned after October 1st.

Swim Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day!
- Saturday, Sunday & Monday Memorial Day Weekend: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
- June 3 & 4: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
- Open Daily Beginning June 10th!
- Weekdays: 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.
- Weekends & Holidays: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
- NOTE: Hours may change unexpectedly due to staffing levels
Owners whose Association Dues are delinquent, and/or their Residents and guests, will not be allowed into the pool until the outstanding balance is paid in full. A “no-swim” list will be published on the 16th of each month for those whose access has been suspended. Owners with an outstanding balance may also not be guests of another unit.
