Our community is comprised of 163 individually owned condos and townhomes assisted by a professional property manager and full-time on-site exterior and common area maintenance staff member and a part-time janitorial staff member.
We have a community-based, all-volunteer, 5-member Council that oversees the long-term health of our community by serving in an elected membership position of two years. Anyone
