Association Council Membership …
Our community is comprised of 163 individually owned condos and townhomes assisted by a professional property manager, a full-time on-site exterior and common area maintenance staff member, and a part-time janitorial staff member.
We have a community-based, all-volunteer, five-member Council that oversees the long-term health of our community by serving in elected membership positions of two years. Anyone interested in serving on the Council should complete and return the Candidate Nomination Form and submit it to the Property Mgmt Office.
